A friends child recently needed an operation urgently and he had to wait 8 months plus or pay $5000 for private surgery. "After having our insurance for a couple of years we needed to claim and completed the claim form but then had to battle our insurer Tower whom declined our claim. Being a professional accountant I though I could deal with most things but realized we now needed help.

Looking back at our Health file we had a broker Affordable Health, Not really knowing what they could do we sent them a letter outlining our claim and asking for help. We got a phone call back immediately from affordable Health whom took total control of our claim from that moment. After months of effort and frustration we were told to relax and the the claim would be paid.

Affordable contacted Tower to sort out our claim and a day or so later we got a phone call to say that our claim had been approved.

Realizing just how good they were when my father had to claim on his health policy we told him to phone Affordable and even though he is not one their clients he recieved the same service."
